I’m looking for someone who is an international trade specialist in developing tracks of land in Central America with investors. Our land consists of 31,600 acres in a safe market with the backing of the government officials to exercise the deal. In the acreage there are 24,764 acres of twenty or more species of industrial hardwoods ranging form mahogany to grandillo. The remaining 6,874 acres is long leaf yellow pine that is forty to sixty years of age. The land is also easily accessible for logging conditions. I’ve included the inventory of the woods available at the bottom of the page.
The market values have been provided by professional foresters, which have been estimated to be in the tens of millions of dollars. We do have an investor that is committed to providing the seed money. That will allow us to exercise our land purchase option but I am looking for an independent investor or a firm that will take a percent of net. Therefore offering us a more enticing economic return for our position.

At present I have not had a problem getting capable investors interested with this investment opportunity, however finding said investors that are liquid enough to move in our short time has been a challenge.
